This image is produced as a large-scale diptych print on two sheets of paper. The diptych format reflects the two-part structure of the composition, with the left and right halves functioning as nearly independent compositions, linked by the image of the ocean between them and by the swirling hand-drawn lines that pass over, through and under the various elements.

Some of the prints in this edition are smaller prints on a single sheet of paper, 21" x 47".

Variations on each of the two halves were also developed as separate and distinct compositions -- Woman and Coast.)
